why cant we get Chase bank back, with no charges??

5 days now - wow.

It's been over 4 days and still no $$ is showing up. Also got a $20 fee because one ach didn't go through. Poor service and 5 day lag on buying btc - poor service crappy time frame. Won't be recommending to friends any longer.

Plus you guys have like 17 clicks to connect it, you guys need a 1-click set up like Amazon, use a better service like Authorize.net.
